If you're looking for a workout that allows you to stretch your entire body through movement and the rhythm of great music, this is the class! In 50 minutes, you'll not only move all your joints but also work on coordination and flexibility. It will fly by!

Power Barre

If you're looking for a high-intensity workout, this class is just perfect! It includes intervals with squats, dips, and ballet combined in one session, as well as mobility and flexibility exercises. The session concludes with 20 minutes of core work.
