Continuation of Program I, focused on deepening the meditation practice to solidify the benefits, aiming to quiet the mind, calm the body, improve attention and memory, reduce stress, and achieve restful sleep for a life of well-being.
Nidra Yoga
30 minutes of session equate to 4 hours of sleep. A meditative journey to relieve anxiety and achieve deep relaxation. With eyes closed, your team will listen to a sensory script that will relax all areas of their body and alleviate stress with an ancient practice.
Artherapy
A creative experience where mindfulness takes on a special meaning, intentionally working with ceramics to connect with the present while crafting a piece. Nourishing ourselves through creativity, connecting both internally and externally.
